The summary of the 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Pomerak Ventures is as follows:
- The company agrees to not spend more than 50% of current bank balance at any one time to cut down costs.
- The company re-elects Jack Soley as CEO.
- The company will declare a dividend of £100.00 to be paid out no later than the 19th July 2026.
- The company will consider economic viability of the progression of the music arm of the business, as royalties from music distribution are not covering the costs of the subscriptions to the music distribution services, however this arm of the business can still be continued provided enough funds come from other areas of the business.
- The pricing models and postage costs for items in the Pomerak Ventures shop as well as all discount codes will be revised every 3 months to ensure fairness and eliminate potential fraudulent activity.
- The company has decided that there will be a small rise on the base price of some but not all products in the interests of fairness among the inventory of goods sold on the store. The price rises for these products will not exceed 33% on e-books and 10% on physical media.
- The company has made the decision not to renew the domain name "pomerakventures.co.uk" in a bid to focus on "pomerak-ventures.co.uk" and save money.
- The company has made a decision for the beneficiary charity in the 2nd Annual November Fundraiser (formerly Charity Drive), details of which will be published on the website later in the year.
The next annual general meeting will be held in future at some point after April 2027 with no less than 14 days notice.
